FAQ

Where and when do we meet?

15 minutes before at the Adventure Hostel, located at Seestrasse 44 in Unterseen.

Do I need to be an experienced cyclist to join a tour?

If you can confidently ride a bike, you’ll be able to join our tours. Our e-bikes make cycling easier for everyone.

What should I bring with me?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes, as well as bringing sunscreen, sunglasses, and water. Each bike is equipped with a basket at the front and saddle bag on the side to store your belongings during the ride.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my tour?

If the weather conditions are unsuitable for riding, we will contact you to reschedule your tour or offer a full refund. Light rain or short showers might not necessarily cancel the tour.

Can I book a private tour?

Yes! Private tours can be arranged. Contact us to inquire about availability and pricing.

Where do the tours end?

All our tours end at the starting point, at the Adventure Hostel.

Can we store our luggage with you?

Contact us on Whatsapp if you have luggage to store, we'll try our best to accommodate your request.

Are there any mountains to climb?

Don't worry, we don't climb mountains. The Grand Tour of Interlaken is almost all flat.
The tour to the Lauterbrunnen valley has a few small hills, which are easy thanks to the power of our e-bikes. You will love the downhill part. It is so much fun!

Are the e-bikes safe?

Yes! Our e-bikes are regularly maintained and come equipped with all necessary safety features. Our guides will give you a short briefing before starting the tour to ensure you're comfortable.

Is the route in the traffic?

Our tours combine gravel paths and paved roads.
